Making the best of local restrictions amidst the current pandemic, Synästhesie Festival, along with 8MM, Berlin Music Board and Kesselhaus, will be hosting a short run of concerts in the main hall of Kesselhaus, within the walls of the Kulturbraurei – all in support of effected musicians, venues and event workers.
Sofia Portanet, who recently released her acclaimed debut album, Freier Geist, on Duchess Box Records, will be one of the first performing on September 24th, supported by Minimal Schlager. On October 9th, all eyes will turn to Jaakko Eino Kalevi, along with Neukölln’s finest, Bad Hammer, who recently released their fantastic new single ‘Mystified‘. Last, but certainly not least, Gewalt, along with experimental rockers The Pleasure Majenta, will perform on October 23rd.
Of course, coronavirus restrictions will apply. Only 100 tickets will be sold for these events, which take place in a thousand capacity room. The audience in attendance will be able to sit together in pairs or in small groups. Intimate, right?
Get your tickets here, and, support your local musicians in any way you can.
