TRACK OF THE WEEK

Sylvan Esso – Ferris Wheel

Off their newly-announced third album, Free Love, Sylvan Esso are back with the fantastic new single, ‘Ferris Wheel’. The duo, comprised by Amelia Meath and Nick Sanborn, concocted this new record with both pairs of eyes focussed firmly on their surroundings. According to the band: “It’s a record about being increasingly terrified of the world around you and looking inward to remember all the times when loving other people seemed so easy, so that you can find your way back to that place.Free Love is out on September 25th via Loma Vista.

From Jessie Ware‘s disco frenzy ‘What’s Your Pleasure?’ to Fenne Lily‘s ‘Berlin’, we’re also featuring ‘All The Time’ by Jessy Lanza and The Field‘s ‘Shader’. Elsewhere, we’re bringing you Keep Shelly In Athens‘ ‘Karpen Island’, ‘All Ends’ by Another Sky, ‘Don’t Turn Around’ by Biig Pigg, ‘Selene’ by NIKI, Dorian Electra‘s ‘Give Great Thanks’, RUI HO‘s ‘Exodus 12” and more! From Berlin, have a listen to Balcony DC‘s new single ‘Convinced’ and ‘Потоки’ by coldwave duo Låska, off their upcoming album Strangers.
